This notice explains what happens to personal information when you use the SwiftLock London website or contact the business.
Information you choose to provide
This website does not currently submit or store information through an online form. The quote tool prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. Your details are only sent if you choose to send that message in WhatsApp.
If you call, email or message SwiftLock London, the business may receive your name, contact details, address or postcode, details about the locksmith service you require, and any photos you choose to send.
Why information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and provide an estimate or service.
- To attend the correct location and complete the requested work.
- To create invoices and maintain records required for tax, insurance or legal purposes.
- To handle questions, complaints or guarantee claims.
Lawful basis and retention
Information is used where necessary to take steps at your request before providing a service, to perform an agreed service, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests such as maintaining service records. Third-party services
Calling, emailing or using WhatsApp is handled by your chosen communications provider. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and applies its own privacy terms. Do not send payment card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.

This version of the website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If measurement tools are added later, this notice and the website’s consent controls must be updated before those tools are enabled for UK visitors.
